How to register with ROCS Support

If you are a new customer to ROCS and want to register with us, follow the below instructions.

 There are 3 ways to register with us. Through

• E-Mail
• ROCS Support Website
  • New User
  • Existing User
• ROCS home page

Register through E-Mail 

1. You send an email to support@rocs.no from your inbox.

Note: Use your official company email address to register with ROCS.

2. Wait for a few minutes and you should receive a welcome mail from ROCS to your Inbox.

3. Open the email. Click on the link provided in the welcome email:

Note: It is important that you click on the above link. ROCS get notified about your email only after you activate your account by clicking on the link.

4. Create an account:

• Enter a name (if not auto-filled).
• Enter a password.
• Click “Set Password”.

5. You have now successfully created an account with us.

6. Wait for our support team to get back to you.

Register through ROCS support website (if you are a new user)

1. Go to support home page: [ https://support.rocs.no ]

2. Click on “Sign In”.

3. Click on "Sign Up".

4. Enter your full name. official company email address, check the box "I'm not a robot" and click on "Sign Up".

Note: Use your official company email address to register with ROCS.

5. Wait for a few minutes and you should receive a welcome mail from ROCS to your Inbox.

6. Open the email. Click on the link in the “welcome email”:

Note: It is important that you click on the above link. ROCS get notified about your email only after you activate your account by clicking on the link.

7. Enter the credentials:

• Enter a name.
• Enter a password.
• Click “Set Password”.

8. You have now successfully created an account with us.

9. Wait for our support team to get back to you.

Login to ROCS support website (if you are an existing user) 

1. Go to support home page: [ https://support.rocs.no ]

2. Click on “Sign In”.

3. Fill in the details and click on “Sign In”.

Note: Use your official email address to register with ROCS.

4. You are now logged in and are directed to the following page.

Register through ROCS Home Page

1. Go to ROCS home page: [www.rocs.no]

2. Click on Support at the top right hand side of the page.

3. Click on “Sign In” at the top right hand side of the page.

4. Click on "Sign Up".

5. Enter your full name, official company email address, check the box "I'm not a robot" and click on "Sign Up".

Note: Use your official company email address to register with ROCS.

6. Wait for a few minutes and you should receive a welcome mail from ROCS to your Inbox.
