If you have submitted a support request/ticket to ROCS and are wondering about the status of the same, follow the below instructions.
Note: You have to be signed-in in order to view the status of the request/ticket.
There are 2 ways to check the status
From E-Mail:
- Go to your inbox and open the email that you have received from ROCS.
- Click on the link provided in the email.
OR
If you do not have the email sent from ROCS, you can sign-in from ROCS support website.
3. Sign-in using your user credentials.
4. You are now logged on. Click on "My activities".
5. You can now see the the list of requests/tickets that you have submitted. Click on the required ticket to see a detailed status.
From ROCS support website
- Log on to https://support.rocs.no
- Sign-in using your user credentials.
