Follow the instructions below to submit a ticket.
- From ROCS support website if you are
- From E-Mail
From the ROCS support website (if you do not have an account with ROCS)
- Log on to https://support.rocs.no
- Click on “submit a request”.
3. Enter all the required fields and click on submit.

- Log on to https://support.rocs.no
- Click on “Sign In”.
3. Sign In using your credentials.
4. Click on “submit a request”.
OR
5. Enter all the required fields and click on submit.
From E-Mail
Note: In-order to submit a request/ticket through an email, you need to be a registered user with ROCS. To know how to register with ROCS follow the article: How to register with ROCS
- You can simple reply to the email (received from ROCS support) with your comments.
2. Your ticket is now updated and wait for an agent to get back to you.
OR
1. Open your inbox and locate the email from Support <support.rocs.no>

2. Click on the link provided in the email / Copy the link, paste in your browser and open the link.
3. Sign-in using your credentials
4. It opens your request/ticket with the status.
5. You can add comments/update your ticket by typing in the box “Add to conversation”
6. Update the ticket and click on submit.
7. Your ticket is now updated and wait for a ROCS agent to get back to you.
